[docs]: Add sample JSON of git info under the Getting Started section in README

Overview

Component profile info and respective git info are separated into two JSON output. component-profile.json is not updated while the sample of git-parsed-diff.json is not yet documented.

Expected Behavior

• Replace the sample component-profile.json file with a new one that does not have git information
• Add a sample git-parsed-diff.json file under the Output subsection
