Error if Time Zone field contains spaces

I tried to use icsp on an .ics file with a line

```
TZID:W. Europe Standard Time
```

and got the following output:

```
sh: line 1: Europe: command not found
```

But it continued processing the file and could then print the required fields. It looks to me like the issue is with the TZID value containing a space character.
