Add a school / faculty field to determine the correct link for the plattform for submitting a thesis

As we have diffrent groups from diffrent schools, the official plattform for submitting a thesis is not the same for everyone anymore. Let chairs provide them themselfs.

I would rather suggest to add a school field (e.g. CIT) to the research group and the thesis. A new thesis will inherit the school from the research group automatically, but this can be changed in the thesis (e.g. a management student writes a thesis at a CIT research group). Each school stores the specific link to the portal, e.g. https://portal.cit.tum.de/ for CIT.

This would allow Thesis Management to show the specific link.

In a follow-up, we could also integrate the study programs and assign them to the professional profile
