Stop depending on luajit

We use goto statements in some places.
People have started using rocks.nvim (or tried) on more esoteric systems (musl, termux, ...).
It might be nice to support systems where Neovim is built without luajit in the long term.

You should address this message to the author of Vim. If you refuse Jit, the program's speed may drop by up to 50 times. You'll have to make your own FFI bridge. I don't think you understand what you're talking about. If you don't like jit so much, you can disable it in the source code.

@spokipo-max not depending on luajit does not mean rocks.nvim will stop working with luajit.
