We want a version of Lurk running on top of Plonky3 that can serve as a proxy for performance. It needs to: * Receive content-addressed Lurk data as input * Output content-addressed Lurk data * Perform reduction without hashing * Perform memoization of coroutines input/output * Use lookup arguments for memory access and coroutine queries
