New changes in v2016

Added Tags as another form of tab edits.
These can be added as comma separated or space separated.
They are automatically cleaned to "tag1 tag2 tag3" (space separated).
New filter mode: Tagged.
New command: Edit Tags.
New command: Remove All Tags.
New command: Filter Tagged.
Tags are used by writing in the filter.
New filter refine: Tag.

Smooth scroll has been implemented in some cases when scrolling to items, not all.
This can be disabled in General if problematic.

New command: Toggle Header.
This hides or shows the header (Buttons, filter, etc).
This might come useful to some users, like to emulate a kiosk mode.

New icon: Edited
Icon that appears on the left of tabs that have any kind of edit.
Defaults to empty string.

Color Special is replaced by Edited Special.
This makes edited items to be considered as special when closing tabs etc.
Defaults to true.
