Print version command

When we deploy a new version for the bot it would be nice to see what version is actually deployed (since Azure is stupid)

Add a version command that shows:

• Print release version
• Print commit hash

One easy way to solve this is to use vergen.
https://docs.rs/vergen/ where typically VERGEN_GIT_SEMVER could be used to get the version and the commit.
Then add said information to a command or the like. :)
