file can't be read

Hi,

I have upgraded Magento from 2.4.4 to 2.4.6 and now I receive this error:

The contents from the "/vendor/magento/composer-root-update-plugin/etc/module.xml" file can't be read. Warning!file_get_contents(/vendor/magento/composer-root-update-plugin/etc/module.xml): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Do you know why that happens?

I have cleared all cache, I have reinstalled composer-root-update-plugin, nothing changes.
