Make the default logging screen have user-selectable fields.

I find it really annoying to have to go through multiple tabs to log a contact. Fields I seem to be constantly interacting with include: frequency, SOTA, POTA, and SIG fields. It would be nice if a user could promote certain fields to the main screen to make logging easier.
