Cannot change the class of dog

Describe the bug
Changing the current class of a dog is not possible. Always the first class is taken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open edit dog or create a new dog
2. Choose dog sport
3. choose class for sport
4. Save
5. Reopen edit dog
6. First class of the sport is displayed

Expected behavior
Choosen dog sports class should be stored
