Dynamic Update of the Manager When Adding Sessions and Updating Configuration During Runtime

I have a question regarding the manager's functionality. If I add text settings for a new session to the configuration during the manager's runtime using an external script, and also generate folders and plugins, will the manager take these changes into account?
