IRI for new entities

New entities (e.g., classes) in application ontologies are created with IRIs like https://w3id.org/pmd/ao/PMD_006000X. Should AOs stay on https://w3id.org/pmd/ao/PMD? Is it not better going to https://w3id.org/pmd/ao/AO? and starting digits from 000000X?

if the seed works on the first run that should be changed in *-idranges.owl
for example:

iddigits: 7
maybe something was flawed when u seeded it because of the namespace error
