[Bug] Personal scheduled reports - error on send or download

What happened?

When I try to create a personalized email report with the "Performance Overview" section and then send or download it, I get an error message. The error message is shown in the screenshot below. Strangely enough, this only appears when I set the system language to German.

What should happen?

The report is sent or generated.

How can this be reproduced?

1. Adminsitration -> Personal -> Language -> German
2. Adminsitration -> Personal -> Scheduled Reports -> Create and Schedule a report -> Activate Behaviour - Performance Overview -> Create Report
3. Try to Send or Download the Report

we are facing the same issue online as shown above as well as in the cron-job log:

The issue started after we have updated to Matomo version 5.8.0
