[Bug] Missing field in scheduled report creates an error

What happened?

When creating a scheduled report, and you overlook the description an error is created rather than a message detailing the field is empty.

This is causing confusion for some users.

What should happen?

A message should say that the description is empty

How can this be reproduced?

Create a scheduled report and leave the description empty.
