Add correct links to the full list of parameters available for ZKsync

When creating a project for ZKsync, the template project config contains neither default ZKsync options nor a link where they can be discovered. It makes it impossible to perform the following actions:

1. Specifying versions of zksolc and solc.
2. Looking up all parameters available for ZKsync and its zksolc compiler.
3. Configuring your project having the full understanding of what you can and cannot do with ZKsync.

Please update the link in project config templates, so it points to this or another appropriate source.
