Feature Idea: CSV import

Import CSV from other systems (we can easily create a script to format it in what focalboard wants in each column)

Importance: High
Use cases:

1. I use salesbuzz, i export in CSV, but have NO idea what this hex code is in the focal archive is

@Th3Gr1ff - I'll work on a CSV import - can you send an example row from a salesbuzz export w/ header columns?

In the meantime I'll work on it based on a simple usecase

I've yet to go through CLA and such - but you can see the commit reference for a portion of the solution I vibe coded today - still need to go through it and finish/also compare against example imports. It worked fine with the workflow of:

1. Export CSV from board
2. Add any additional items
3. Import CSV to board

I didnt see CSV as an option at all, I even converted the CSV to JSON and put it in a focal archive and still nothing shows up

Just 1-3 rows of (redacted?) data should be fine
