add YouTube music speed dial

Problem Description

There isn't the YouTube music speed dial on the home screen

Proposed Solution

I would like to be able to use the YouTube music speed dial and pin it at the top of my home screen. It is like quick pics but bigger and with more options.

Alternative Solutions

If that is not possible I would like to be able to pin at least the quick pics at the top so I don't have to search it every time.
