Multi-root support

Hi,
Thanks for your amazing extension! It's really useful when working with Quarto projects.

I know this is a bit of a long shot, but I'll ask anyway: would you consider adding support for multi-root workspaces?
My project setup often uses multiple folders (each with their own extensions).

As I understand it, extensions have to be setup to work with multi-root workspaces:

I would perfectly understand if this is not a priority or if you won't consider adding this feature.

Yes, I want to add that but wanted first to get the logic right and stable.
I believe I have achieved that mostly.
Before working on multi-root workspace, I also need to add tests.

FYI, I started this project for three reasons: learning TypeScript, learning VSCode API, and ease my workflow with Quarto such as linting and extensions management.

It seems to work fine from the little I've tested so far! Will report if I encounter any issues.

For now, every install triggers a workspace Quick Pick menu when several detected.
Maybe, I'll add the "+" (install) in the tree at the workspace level but this would imply the current "+" would be to install an extension to all workspaces which feels like a bad idea.

I finally added the install context menu to target directly a workspace: #111

A new pre-release is coming with this and few other things.
