Expected Behavior
If an extension fails to load, it should probably be disabled instead of whatever state it is placed in at the moment as you should be able to update disabled extensions.
Actual Behavior
If an extension fails to load due to a build issue or what have you (ex: VideoStages sans update) Swarm shuffles it out of “Installed Extensions” back into "Available Extensions" where the option is "Install". Click that, and it says "Extension already installed." So now it can't be updated within the UI the because it doesn't show up in Server > Server Info > Update (as it’s not installed/running), so it's stuck in a perpetual fail state
Steps to Reproduce
Break an extension's code
Restart the server
Get an error that the extension failed to load
Can no longer update the extension
