Firefox 146 has shipped it: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Releases/146

Chromium has an Intent to ship email but I haven't check in which in which version it is shipping.

As far as I can see there is no <color> data for any color space right now.

Looking at formal syntax, display-p3-linear is part of <rectangular-color-space> and <predefined-rgb>.

Before we can add data at this level of detail, we first need to add data for the optional colorspace argument, see: #28693

Edit: It looks like someone expected that this data would be added as css.types.color.color.display-p3-linear, see: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/Reference/Values/color-interpolation-method#css.types.color.color.display-p3-linear
