fix(core-flows): re-price merged cart line items and hydrate compare_at on update

1. Adding a line item to the cart that matches an existing line item didn't update the item's price based on the price list's conditional quantity price. For example, if a variant has a price list price that applies when its quantity in the cart is 4, and you add 3 quantities of it, then 1 (reaching 4), the price is calculated for the added quantity, not for the total quantity. This PR fixes it by matching the existing to new line items first, retrieving the new quantity, then retrieving the correct price.
2. Similarly, when updating a line item's quantity in the cart and its variant has a conditional price list price (applies at a specific quantity), the compare_at_unit_price isn't updated when the price list price is used. This PR fixes it by updating it.
