OpenGL - Lego Harry Potter missing HUD elements

Very similar to #42 . On OpenGL the text is slightly garbled, hearts indicator missing, the outlines are the wrong colour or missing at times. Software renderer appears to be the correct colour for outlines as it appears on a DS.

Text seems to be fixed. HUD and character outlines are still missing. I wonder why it's fixed in this but not in Diary Girl. Looks like the same issue. #879
