Confusing new line in section 3.1 of cla/cla-mbition.md

At the end of section 3.1 of the 'cla/cla-mbition.md' it is written:

3.2. also applies to utility model rights.
```

Also due to the formatting it seems as if 3.2. is a new section, however the sentence should still be part of section 3.1.
In my opinion the last line in section 3.1 should be:

```
This section 3.2. also applies to utility model rights.
```
