Resolve short name references within flash containers

currently, short name references in flash containers are not resolved when the object in question is created. This is due to the fact that it was not clear to me if these references are highly dependent on runtime behavior or not. (I haven't tried to use flash containers "in earnest" yet.)

Affected classes are:

• IdentDesc: diag_comm_snref, ident_if_snref, out_param_if_snref and out_param_if_snpathref
• SessionDesc: session_snref and diag_comm_snref
