[Feature Request]: Have the mesh try to identify weak links that would work better on a longer preset, or would be broken by a shorter preset

Description

Moving to a new preset or suggesting that one could be used (#8153) must be offset by those nodes that might be cut off by moving to a shorter preset. Identifying nodes and flagging to users that their link could or should be improved would help meshes to become more resilient to change, whether external (multi-path, RF conditions, weather) or internally-initiated (moving to a new preset).
