Cannot obtain ATAK-CIV SDK (main.jar + atak-gradle-takdev.jar) — TAK-Product-Center/atak-civ LFS quota exhausted #5

Description

@Olli69

Thanks for your time in developing this plugin. Trying to build from main to test a small local config change (disable radio settings), but I can't get a working ATAK-CIV 5.5.0+ SDK — specifically main.jar (the plugin API) and atak-gradle-takdev.jar (the Gradle plugin providing atak-takdev-plugin).

What I've tried:

  • TAK-Product-Center/atak-civ's pluginsdk.zip is LFS-tracked and unobtainable — the repo's LFS bandwidth quota has been exhausted for 8+ months, see atak-civ#4 (~140 files affected, still open, no maintainer response). Even when downloaded, this pluginsdk.zip only contains Espresso test scaffolding + a PDF — not main.jar.
  • tak.gov's own SDK page (tak.gov/pages/sdks) is just an embedded GitHub README of the same repo — no separate download.
  • deptofdefense/AndroidTacticalAssaultKit-CIV (archived DoD mirror) has the same limited pluginsdk.zip at root.
  • Building ATAK-CIV from source to generate main.jar myself looks feasible but heavy, and per atak/README.md may itself need git.tak.gov/artifacts.tak.gov credentials for takkernel.

Since v1.0 shipped successfully a few months ago, could you share how you obtained a working main.jar + atak-gradle-takdev.jar for ATAK-CIV 5.5.0+, or point me to where you got them? Would really help unblock local development.
