docs: outdated Llama version reference in Hugging Face access section of README #493

In the README, under the "Access to Hugging Face" section, there is a line that says:

"you'll be granted access to all Llama 3.1 models as well as previous versions"

This should be updated to reference Llama 4 since that is now the latest model family.
