🚀 Describe the new functionality needed

Description:
Add detailed tracking and display of the instruction proposal phase.

Tasks:

1. Create a PostOptimizationSummary class in the telemetry module
2. Modify the optimization process to collect and display:

• Confirmation of process completion
• Final best prompt instructions
• Scores and metrics used
• Comparison with baseline

3. Format the output for readability
