[FEATURE]: Enhanced User Management

• Account deletion
  Had a bug where, once account is deleted the user can't either login or create the account with that same username. This features, since buggy, was disabled from the frontend, refer: disable account deletion.
• Forgot Password
  Need to create from scratch
• Change Password
  Was disabled as users were forgetting the password they created themselves :) Refer:c456850
