GCC 16.1 has been released, does the guide for GM2 on Windows still correct?

Actually I did not yet succeeded to generate a full (resp. installable) build of GNU Modula-2 on MS Windows.
It's a free time hobby and I'm preparing an updated page GNU_M2.md.
