chore(deps): bump underscore and postman-runtime

Removes [underscore](https://github.com/jashkenas/underscore). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [postman-runtime](https://github.com/postmanlabs/postman-runtime). These dependencies need to be updated together.
