Fix broken GitHub link to uber-async-minion in container images documentation

Found a broken GitHub link on the container images reference page.

Problem

The link is missing "-minion" suffix in the path, causing a 404 on GitHub.

Fix

Update the URL to include "-minion" in the path.

I'll submit a PR to fix this now.
