[BUG] Generated Group Terminal Blocks from KSA for teVirtualMIDI get disambiguators added when not needed

I have 3 loopMIDI ports: MIDI A, MIDI B and MIDI C. And here info on GTBs:

Endpoint Name: teVirtualMIDI - Virtual MIDI Driver x64
  GTB Name: MIDI A
  GTB Name: MIDI B 2
  GTB Name: MIDI C 3
  GTB Name: MIDI A
  GTB Name: MIDI B 2
  GTB Name: MIDI C 3

The 2 and 3 are not needed there as the names are already unique. This is through KSA not KS. Need to look into this as part of overall name algorithm tweaking.

Not sure yet. Haven't investigated the problem. It's on the short-list, though.

OK, thanks! Since all other bugs discussed on Discord are fixed (as I can see from statuses here on GitHub), this one is the only which prevents DryWetMIDI unit tests passing. So really hope to finish data sending/receiving implementation via new API with dp4 release.

That's the current plan, but subject to change if there are extreme circumstances
