Bing Grounding - Breakage

We've discovered today that the Bing team has suspended the option for new deployments of the Bing Search API on 06 Feb, 2025. We don't know the scope of this change, but it does disable the web grounding feature of this offering for all new deployments. It seems that existing deployments are unaffected at this time.
