We are experiencing an issue with rendering PowerPoint, Excel, and XML files using the Office Online Viewer (https://view.officeapps.live.com/op/view.aspx). Our application is deployed in Secure Mode over[+] HTTPS[/+][-] HTTPS, and we use Azure Blob Storage with SAS URLs to pass files to the viewer.[/-]
However, when we attempt to render the files via blob: URLs, the viewer fails to display them and shows an error. The issue seems to be that the Office Online Viewer cannot access blob: URLs since they are local to the user's browser and not externally fetchable.
The files download correctly when accessed directly in the browser, but they do not render in the viewer. Can you please tell me if this is cause for you and what is the solution or workaround?
Thank you for your help!

As trying different workaround
"Even with a valid SAS token, if your Azure Blob Storage account is configured with a private endpoint or restricted to specific VNets(Because of Secure Mode), external services like view.officeapps.live.com will not be able to access the stored files."
[+]Hence not able to preview the Docs, PPTX, XLSX files
