1. build project with code analysis
2. review the 4 problems listed in problems view when 2 warnings were created by build

further investigation - this is dependent on the .NET SDK version installed. Repros with 8, not with 9. Make sure to clean bin/obj between swapping SDKs otherwise you'll get very strange behavior.
