Error Message: The client 'borislav.despotovic@portfoliobi.com' with object id '82e02736-90b7-4ef3-9e95-3fbc26f963cd' does not have authorization to perform action 'Microsoft.CognitiveServices/accounts/read' over scope '/subscriptions/2c0cfacc-c173-44bc-aa0f-3b4d160e30cb/resourceGroups/rg-ai-poc/providers/Microsoft.CognitiveServices/accounts/aifp-sdlc-resource' or the scope is invalid.
