Install AZD as part of the Microsoft Foundry Canvas for GitHub Copilot App

One of the requirements is AZD being installed
Should/could we install the azd as part of the plugin ..

I'm thinking to add an action button named Install azd next to the message 'Azure Developer CLI (azd) is unavailable'. After the button is clicked, a prompt will be sent to Copilot and guide Copilot to install the latest azd based on the system OS and available package tool like winget, homebrew or curl.

Maybe give a command to install azd directly as well.
