Linux BVT regressed and fail consistently on PRs

This test seems to have consistently regressed recently. It isn't specific to this PR though.

Possible? Our CI seems to be back to a not-so-great state, it will need some attention.

Maybe we should ensure that dependabot PRs have 100% success on the pipeline more consistently? (if that isn't already the case, I haven't been approving these)

I'm closing this because it's kind of vague and we have more specific test failure bugs.
