Does the Windows Terminal supports image?

In Vscode Terminal it uses conpty.dll for image support. Is it possible to use this dll for Windows Terminal?

conpty.dll comes from Windows Terminal!

Terminal supports sixel images.

oh yes. I tried just now. it works in Terminal wsl bash. is there anyway to render a pic in TerminalV1.22 PowershellV5.1. I use the same command imgcat both in VScode and Terminal, but only vscode can render it

You will need a Windows-based sixel renderer. If imgcat is built for Windows, it will work from Windows PowerShell.
