Create session from PR: wrong repo is used for PR list

Description

I have both a vscode-docs and vscode-docs-pr repo. When I create a session from a PR, the repo for the PR list is inverted. When I create a session for vscode-docs, the PR for vscode-docs-pr are shown, and vice versa.
