Expose last communication timestamp as HA sensor

@mikey0000 is there a chance to get the timestamp of when the last communication between the integration and MQTT / mower happened? The integration goes stale after some time (especially when on WiFi) and toggling updates on/off doesnt always help. There are cases when a reload of the integration is the only way to resolve matters. Also, there are cases when the integration is unavailable and only a reload helps. A timestamp of when the last successful communication happened would help to trigger a reload via automation.

I though I could pinpoint it using RSSI from BT/WIFI but that keeps changing even when nothing else works anymore.

Working in something at the moment, the current beta will no longer go to unavailable state so easily

Thats good to hear. I'm on the current beta for a couple days already, but it's still happening regularly. Hence my question for a timestamp to get some sort of control.
