can we use dex-k8s-authenticator without dex

Hi,
I am trying to use dex-k8s-authenticator with eks cluster.
I am using kube-oidc-proxy with gangway, Since gangway's supported ended. Trying to relace gangway with dex-k8s-authenticator.
Is it possiable, Is there any guide for same?
