v0.10.0: Canonical design-state hashing

From the release notes:

Canonical design-state hashing with LF normalisation, so the same design hashes identically on Windows and Linux.

I generally keep my repos using platform native line endings. Does the above note imply that I'm going to have problems if my KiCad files are CRLF on Windows, LF in the git repository and LF when checked out on linux?

I think this PR fixes the issue. Did you just install release 0.10.0? If so this should fix it once the PR lands.
