trying to launch MPA on example file _testing_data_set.vcf_, but I get this: 2021-10-06 14:43:53,059 - MPA_score [ERROR] VCF not correctly annotated. See documentation and provide a well annotated vcf (annotation with annovar). Any idea about what's wrong?
