Use a port other than 5050 for Maestro Studio

Use case

Unfortunately, my org blocks activity on port 5050 for some reason. I think having the port be configurable could be great.

Proposal

I could see this being configurable with a flag when launching, or prompt for an alternative port if 5050 is unavailable.

Having the same issue on Windows 11. Port 5050 is used by some system service and Maestro Studio won't start.
