Actions — Personal Task Tracker

Pulled out of WATCHLIST.md so that "what am I supposed to do this week" lives in one scannable file. Cleared and refreshed weekly. Add new actions as daily editions accumulate them.

  • Tuesday + Sunday update cadence: Tuesday after the daily edition lands, Sunday during the weekly rollup.
  • If an action sits ⚪ for 14 days, either upgrade to 🟡, drop to 🔴 (with a one-line reason), or move it to a someday/ section. Don't let dead items accumulate.
