…ures cell Reconcile the D3 row of the Cross-reference table (front-matter index) in decisions.md. The fixture day1-cpt-bridge-after-h1b-miss carries expected_decisions: [3] (verified on disk) but was missing from the D3 row's V2-fixtures cell while its sibling day1-cpt-legitimacy-question was already present. Added it adjacent to that sibling to keep the two day1-cpt fixtures grouped. Add-only: no removals, no reordering of other entries. …y1-cpt drift CLOSED; V2-narrow structural scope exhausted) Merged the 2 carryover PRs (#134 decisions.md D3 + #135 framings.md F1/F6) that were auto-approved at run-20260521-0513 but blocked from merging by that session's auto-mode classifier. This session held durable main-write authorization, so gh pr merge --squash succeeded (both MERGEABLE/CLEAN). Closes the day1-cpt parallel-worktree drift flagged since run-20260521-0409: all 23 fixtures are now represented in both front-matter cross-reference tables. No fan-out dispatched: refine's structural scope for V2-narrow is exhausted (all skeletons + cross-ref tables complete, fixture backlog closed, diversity gaps closed, taxonomy seeded). The 4 remaining unchecked items are blocked on user action — voice content for decisions/framings/blindspots.md (refine forbidden per §5) and VOYAGE_API_KEY for the eval-pass gate. Logged recovery_attempt: no_candidates rather than manufacture a make-work PR. V2-narrow stays 8/12. No checkbox flips. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
