Look into adding a UI for display of stats

It could be useful to generate a UI to display the results of a repo-stats run. Adding this as a feature to dig into more as we identify what is needed. Maybe something even similar to gh-stats-visualizer. The question would be how this is consumed. For example, one scenario might be a workflow that generates stats but the UI piece allows visualization. We can keep this simple, maybe use Svelte for the UI portion.

@scottluskcis so I would rather us "re-use" existing tools specially if the goal is the same instead of creating another one. I know @cvega got a little mad at CSV 😆 and that's why he removed that capability, but maybe it is something we can get his input and discuss this so that we can potentially re-use gh-stats-visualizer

There's nothing stopping us from adding support to convert the csv to something else. I'll have to look into the existing.
