Payment Module does not Show up (In admin panel)

Hey, so I run quite a few stores, and tried to install this for Magento. After installing it via composer, flushing cache, re-deploying, the payment module never shows up under
Stores > Configuration > Sales > Payment Methods.

Is this because this version no longer works with the latest versions of Magento?
